Not only did the switchblade make the wake even longer, it created more curl (due to the shape of the blade).  Additionally, it is totally adjustable from 0 to 1500 pounds of down-force on the boat, allowing the driver the ability to make the wave just right for each individual rider, large or small, at the touch of a switch.  The longer, more ocean-like wave has given riders a chance to develop a whole new series of tricks.  With a longer surfable area, tricks like shuvits, 1080’s, and kick flips can be done without losing the wave.
